Enterprise Realty Brokers Inc (ERB) is a small, but growing real estate firm serving Chicagoland’s North and West sides. In a very competitive market, ERB is differentiating itself by providing discounted listing services while continuing to surpass other agencies in the quality of service.
The Problem
ERB approached 42 North Marketing to completely redesign the marketing material for the firm as well as to produce a marketing strategy for the upcoming year.

What we did
42 North started the project by reviewing the current marketing collateral as well as researching the marketing materials of the competing firms. Based on the findings, 42 North created a new set of brand guidelines for ERB, which included few changes to the logo, the tag line as well as to the color palette. This further developed into a new design for business cards, folders and presentation material and ultimately to few changes in the website as well.
